Hours go in, payslips come out, and your nanny’s wages land in their account. But behind the curtain, there’s a whole lot happening to make sure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and compliantly. Here’s a playful walk-through of the journey from hours submitted to money in your nanny’s bank account. Step 1: Hours are submitted --------------------------- It all begins when your nanny (or you, depending on the setup) submits the hours they worked.
